The use of LauraJade.com is governed by the policies and terms and conditions below. Your use of the site and making a purchase indicates
your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old , that you have the
authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions
on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms
and conditions.
Prices
All prices displayed are shown in GB Sterling. Postage, packing and insurance is displayed and charged accordingly. Goods will only be
delivered to the address on the order where a signature will be required. LauraJade.com reserves the right to change the advertised price
at any time.
Payment
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Solo in GB Sterling only. LauraJade.com reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or
require verification information from the card-issuer prior to dispatch of the goods. All suspected fraudulent activities will be reported to
the authorities. All suspected fraudulant transactions will automatically be cancelled. We take payment from your card at the time we receive
your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable
to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we make every effort to try and
ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we
will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a
full refund.
Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the United
Kingdom (including the outer British Isles) and Northern Ireland
addresses. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or the Republic of
Ireland.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place
an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated
timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen
factors. Laurajade.com shall be under no liability for any delay or
failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Returns
All unwanted items are eligible for our 14-day no-quibble money-back
guarantee, which begins the day after you have received the goods. Just
email us at returns@laurajade.com for guidance, then return the item
un-used in its original condition and packaging by registered post to
our address below. Please mark the package 'Returns' and please include
your reason for return for our records. You will be reimbursed within 30
days of cancellation. We will not reimburse for goods returned outside
of our 14-day money-back guarantee unless previously arranged with
LauraJade.com.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty, if
returned they must be in their original packaging.
Custom made items cannot be returned for refund unless they are faulty.
Items are individually made to clients' specifications within the design
section and as such, are not included in the 14-day no-quibble money
back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods
If any item is delivered faulty or broken, we must be notified within 24
hours from time of delivery.The faulty item must be returned along with
full details of the order and the invoice number and date within 5 days
of report. Each piece must be in it's original packaging (where
possible) with the product code clearly stated.
Items will only be credited or replaced if the damage occurred prior to
delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing
fault. Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or
mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a
replacement.
Credit notes and replacements will be issued at Laurajade.com's
discretion.
Complaints
If you have a complaint to make please email us at
complaints@laurajade.com. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 5
working days.
Complaints are treated seriously and will try to resolve the issue
immediately, if this is not possible we will give you a time scale. We would expect to
be given reasonable time to address your complaint.
Title claim
All goods sold on this website, or via any other means, remain the
property of Laurajade.com until the goods are paid for. The risk element
(if any) of the goods are transferred to the customer upon delivery.

Any information found on the site is intended for guidance only. The
website and the products described in it are subject to change without
notice. Copyright in the website, the design, layout, look, appearance,
information and graphics remain the property of Laurajade.com. The
contents of the website may however be downloaded printed or copied for

are not under our strict control. We do not guarantee that the site will

Force Majeure
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or
resulting from (but not limited to) acts of God, acts of war, civil
commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, industrial disputes and
legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become
impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly
supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited
to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated
delivery charges.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England, whose Courts shall have exclusive
jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights
