What is your return policy?
LauraJade.com has 14 day money back guarantee giving you peace of mind when shopping. If the item you order is unsuitable for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it if you wish. Earrings must be unworn to qualify for the return policy. Custom made pieces cannot be returned. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.
How do I order?
Once you have found the item you want to order, you can order online by clicking 'Buy' and following the instructions. Alternatively, you can place your order over the telephone on 01702 200093.
Can I pay by my credit card?
LauraJade.com uses HSBC secure E-payments and these cards are accepted.
Are there any additional charges to my order?
Postage is charged separately on orders under £50-00 and costs £2-50. Orders over £50-00 are shipped free of charge.
Do you buy jewellery?
Unfortunately, Laurajade.com does not buy second hand jewellery or one offs. Please feel free to Contact us for advice in selling your jewellery.

We recommend that if you do not know your ring size at the time of ordering, to go to an independent jeweller who will measure your finger free of charge. This is the most accurate way of getting your ring size. If you are buying an engagement ring (congratulations!) and do not know your girlfriends ring size - do not despair!! Just let us know when ordering and we will order the ring for you to propose with and you can return it to us after proposing for the correct size! This must be arranged with Laurajade.com before despatch of your order.
What does RRP mean?
RRP stand for recommended retail price, this is the estimated retail value of the item.
Do you sell loose Diamonds?
Yes, Laurajade.com does sell loose diamonds and quotes can be provided upon request. Please just contact us if interested in a diamond with a particular specification.

As the owner of the business I read ALL emails that are sent to Laurajade.com and deal with most of them personally. I personally dislike faceless internet companies that make it very difficult to speak with someone - at Laurajade.com if you prefer to speak with someone, you can!
